Yes. We offer post-implementation managed services, SLA-based helpdesk support, and ongoing IAM managed services. Our India teams provide extended coverage hours for US-based clients.
Yes — this is a deliberate differentiator. We span the full lifecycle: define strategy, design architecture, implement and configure, train your team, and support post go-live. No handoff between a strategy partner and a delivery partner.
Yes. Our Staffing & Recruitment practice sources, screens, and places skilled IT professionals — Oracle, SAP, cybersecurity, full-stack developers — on a time-and-materials basis embedded in your team, or as a managed resource pool we oversee on your behalf.
Both. Our portfolio spans Fortune 500 enterprises (DuPont, FedEx, Cisco) and growth-stage companies (SunnyBNB, Wizquest Labs, gNxt). We scale our engagement model to fit your stage and budget.
Yes. We regularly step into troubled or in-progress projects — rescuing stalled ERP implementations, augmenting under-resourced teams, or taking over managed services from a previous vendor. We conduct a structured intake before committing to a plan.
Yes. The Indian Air Force is among our valued clients. Our ISO 27001 and CMMI Level 3 certifications support eligibility for public sector contracts, and we understand the compliance and procurement requirements unique to government engagements.
All modules — Financials, HCM, SCM, Procurement, Project Management, CRM, BI/OTBI, Hyperion/EPM, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). We also implement Oracle APEX and Visual Builder Cloud Service.
S/4HANA implementation and migration, ECC upgrades, and all core modules: FI/CO, MM/SD, HCM/HR, SCM/WM, and PP. We also support SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and integration via SAP Integration Suite.
- Single module: 3–5 months
- Multi-module: 6–12 months
- Full enterprise rollout: 12–24 months
Yes. We provide managed update services — reviewing release notes, assessing impact, updating configurations, running regression tests, and communicating changes to your users. Available as a standalone managed service or part of a broader post-go-live support engagement.
Yes. We migrate from SAP ECC, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, and others to Oracle Cloud Fusion or SAP S/4HANA. Our methodology covers data profiling, cleansing, mapping, ETL, cutover planning, and a dedicated hypercare period post go-live.
- IGA: SailPoint IIQ/ISC, OneIM, Saviynt, IBM, CA, Cymmetri
- SSO/CIAM: Okta, Auth0, IBM, OneLogin, Ping Identity, CA
- PAM: Delinea, IBM, CA, SafeGuard
Yes. Our cybersecurity practice has 22+ years of experience designing Zero Trust architectures. We assess your IAM maturity, identify gaps, define a roadmap, then implement and operate the full stack — IGA through PAM and SIEM integration.
QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, and Splunk — for SOC implementation, IAM integration, and managed security monitoring.
We provide gap assessments, policy documentation, control implementation, and readiness preparation. We don't conduct formal audits (that requires an accredited body) — but as certified holders of both ISO 27001 and CMMI Level 3, we know exactly what auditors look for.
Yes. Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) is part of our Ancillary Cybersecurity Services — covering application, network, and infrastructure. Delivered with a formal report, remediation guidance, and re-test verification.
- Discovery call — No charge. We understand your challenge, goals, and timeline.
- Proposal & scoping — Scope, approach, resources, and commercial terms in a Statement of Work.
- SOW sign-off — Both parties sign. We assign your team and kick off within the agreed timeline.
- Delivery — Structured phases, regular updates, defined milestones with client sign-off.
- Fixed-price project — Defined scope, fixed cost, clear deliverables
- Time & Materials (T&M) — Billed on hours consumed; best for evolving engagements
- Retainer / managed service — Monthly fixed fee for ongoing support
- Staff augmentation — Named resources at agreed daily or monthly rates
- Onsite — Consultants travel to your location
- Offshore / ODC — Fully remote from India with business-hour coverage in your timezone
- Hybrid — Onsite for key milestones, remote for execution (most common)
- Remote-only — No travel; works well for software delivery and managed services
All scope changes go through a written Change Order, signed by both parties before work begins. We document what's changing, the impact on timeline and cost, and any risk implications. No silent scope absorption, no surprise invoices.
- Weekly: Status, completed/upcoming tasks, risks, blockers, budget burn
- Monthly: Executive summary — milestone progress, financials, escalated risks
- Ad hoc: Immediate escalation for any red-flag issues
We use your preferred tool (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project) or our own if you have no preference.
No formal minimum. However, engagements shorter than 4 weeks are often better served as a paid advisory or scoping session first. We'll tell you honestly if an engagement makes commercial sense for both parties.

Yes. We adapt to your environment rather than mandating ours. We'll flag genuine technical risks (deprecated frameworks, incompatible versions) but won't push you to replatform without a compelling reason.
Yes. We apply AI tooling across our delivery lifecycle — AI-assisted code review, automated test generation for Oracle Cloud regression testing, intelligent document processing in ERP data migration, and AI-generated training materials. We practice what we advise.
Yes — integration is a core capability. We build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware. Common patterns: ERP-to-HRIS, ERP-to-CRM, payment gateway connections, and legacy-to-cloud data pipelines.
Yes. Cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, Ionic) for iOS and Android, native iOS/Android where performance demands it, and progressive web apps (PWAs) when appropriate.
Our CMMI Level 3 processes mandate: defined coding standards, peer code review, automated unit and integration testing, SAST/DAST security scanning, and formal UAT sign-off before production release. Our SDLC is documented and audited annually.
